Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   Dr XXXXX here
User :   hello i just have a quick qestion
Doctor :   ok
User :   okay its about birthcontrol
Doctor :   ok , please proceed
User :   okay so I missed by pill on thursday so i doubled up on friday and then on saturday night I had sex but also missed my pill again so i doubled up this morning but I was just wondering if I should go get an emergency contraceptive since I missed my pill twice even though I doubled up
Doctor :   yes a emergency contraceptive will help avoid conception
Doctor :   please make sure that u dont miss your pills on the same day the next cycle
User :   however tomorrow I am starting my placebo pill because it is the end of my cycle so i should be getting my period shortly should i go get plan B even though im not ovulating
Doctor :   in that case,
Doctor :   u can still take the emergency pill
User :   is it completely necessary since i am not ovulating
Doctor :   yes
Doctor :   or else u may take a risk and u may get lucky
User :   but doesnt the doubling up on pills still keep the hormones in my system which should prevent pregnancy
Doctor :   but it leaves the chance of normal hormone level, in between the doubling, which may be enough for conception
User :   But isnt the chance of getting pregnant right before your period already very low because the body is not ovulating and is about to release the egg
