User :   stones because in a gynecologic surgery they have damaged my right ureter so it became very small that the urine back flowa

Doctor :   Ok, you need to control the urine infection now. You need to talk to GP and get antibiotics.

Doctor :   It might be causing sepsis too. You might have to ultrasound too regarding the stent removal or placement of new one.
User :   the lower bottom of the stent was already remove only the loop at the top broke and was left inside
User :   how long can sepsis can occur
User :   what symptoms do i need to be conscious od
Doctor :   Pus cells and bacteria indicate sepsis . It might be there for 1 to 2 weeks, but under antibiotic coverage it will reduce.

Doctor :   You are already having symptoms, it might even spread to kidney.

Doctor :   Yes you can do a urine culture.
User :   is this an emergency

Doctor :   But you need to start on antibiotics and drink atleast 2 litres of water.

Doctor :   Not exactly emergency, but you cannot go without treatment, which might complicate things
