User :   I've been getting the urge to urinate constantly, but I don't urinate that much. I've been feeling constantly tired. I thought it might be pregnancy, but I've already taken 3 home pregnancy tests and they come out negative. Also, I always use protection. I am suppose to have my period in 2 days.
Doctor :   Hi
User :   Hi
Doctor :   May I know since when are you having thees symptoms?
Doctor :   And may I know your age?
User :   the tiredness is since last week, but the urination has been going on for the past 3 days
User :   18
Doctor :   Do you have fever?
User :   no
Doctor :   Do you have backache, burning sensation while passing urine?
User :   no
User :   no
User :   no
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Have you had similar symptoms in the past?
User :   not that I can remember
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Let me brief you.
Doctor :   Easy tiredness can happen secondary to infection, psychological conditions such as anxiety, stress, reduced sleep and so on.
Doctor :   Since you also report of increasing urge to pass urine, there are possible chances that your symptoms may be secondary to a viral infection or an urinary tract infection.
Doctor :   Without a physical examination, I cannot precisely predict the exact cause, why you have the symptoms.
Doctor :   Hence I suggest that you consult a doctor, get an urine test to look for possible infection.
Doctor :   In the mean time, drinking plenty of water, bed rest along with one multivitamin pill a day for the next one week will be useful in relieving the symptoms.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   yes
User :   thank you very much
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   Not really
User :   thank you
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me. Bye for now.
