User :   Hello, I am a 49 year old woman whom had two heart surgeries. Stress Cardiomopathy/Broken Heart Syndrome. One the end of October 2008 to put in a pacemaker/defibulator and then another to take it out in July 2009 from doc at XXXXXX hospital and down town XXXX Hospital saying my heart was fine. Well yesterday I was lying on my left side and when I went to get up or move at all, I could barely breathe! Very Short, Small breaths. My chest hurt soo bad it Litterly kept taking my breath away. It lasted I guess a minute or two. After I saw stars in my right eye and felt like I needed something with sugar really bad, I was a little shaky. I did feel like a cramping sensation go down my left arm to my hand then it went away. The rest of the day and today I feel like an ache in my left chest at times with slit faster heart rates when I move around and slightly sick to my stomach. I also feel low on energy. My blood pressure is 100/72 and pulse occ 99/90 (I have always had a bit of a low blood pressure). Could you please tell me what you think it could be? Tnx
