User :   I have s 3.6 year old son and weighs 12kg.
User :   As per his age his ideal weight has to be 15kg

Doctor :   yes, the weight is less.
User :   But he hardly shows any improvement is his weight....He is also very fussy about food and I have to run after him and forcefully feed him....I keep on trying methods like having his favourite foods cooked

User :   but after initial intake..of having food for the 5 mins...he looses interest

User :   health wise he would be fine for 6-7 months and then will start having watever health he has made during this period he again looses it

User :   i have tried pedisure...but he refuses

Doctor :   at this age, it is quite natural for children to show some opposition when it comes to feeding.
Doctor :   if he has no symptoms of vomiting , then do not worry
Doctor :   he will need a de worming tablet one dose
Doctor :   and an examination by the docor.
Doctor :   catching cold, cough once is 7 months is fine.
Doctor :   this is common in children
Doctor :   we also need to get his tonsills examined.
Doctor :   for an infection which is causing frequent cold

Doctor :   yes, tosills in the throat, for tonsillitis, an infection in kids

Doctor :   apart from this, since he is active in school, I feel he is fine otherwise.
Doctor :   as far as his under weight is concerned , the feeding and related issues what you are trying is fine.
Doctor :   you could talk to your child, give him whatever he likes.
Doctor :   try to feed him more frequently though in small quantities.
Doctor :   avoid health supplements unless advised by doctor after examining him , keep it more natural.
Doctor :   good amount of protein, vegetables and fruits will help him in gaining weight.

Doctor :   if doctor feels, after examination , a routine blood test for anemia, infection with urine test will be done as a general examination
Doctor :   immunity will increase by the diet, and itself as he grows old
Doctor :   give him good fruits like rich in vit c orange,sweet lime , etc
Doctor :   this has vit c, which increases immunity against cold

Doctor :   since he is young, i wont recommend vitamin tablets unless required, let it be natural from diet.

Doctor :   give him time, he is growing.
Doctor :   if his reports say anemia or anything significant, doctor will add supplements and tonics.
