User:this showed no stone was there
User:but there is a semicentimeter mesentric lymphnode which is reactive
User:this is my concern
Doctor:Mesenteric lymph nodes are seen as incidental finding for many people who do not have any symptoms
User:normal CT scan before and all ultrasounds earlier did not mention this anywhere
Doctor:So is your doctor concerned is important?
User:my doctor is not available now
Doctor:Do not worry about the mesenteric lymph node
User:mesenteric lymph node-reactive is showing sympton of cancer by search in google
User:that is why is immediately wanted to disucss
User:is there any concern ??
Doctor:Do not depend on google for such things
Doctor:It really cause you worry and most of the time it is no reason to worry at all
User:k as this was mentioned in bold in CT scan report as reactive so i wanted to know why this was in bold
Doctor:It is a way to report and let the treating doctor know
Doctor:There are different reasons for reactive Mesenteric nodes
User:my reporting doctor will come back after a month
User:so i wanted to know in between that if this was a concern or not
User:so it is confirmed from your side that mesenteric lymph node-reactive is no reason for concern am i right ??
Doctor:TB, Infection in the gut, food allergy etc can also be the causes
User:but does this need any medication or this can be ignored ??
Doctor:I cannot comment on this completely without knowing you completely, it needs to be investigated further
User:what is the type of investigation required for this ??
User:i had done urine culture and the report is negative
Doctor:The size, number of the nodes, other health status are to be checked
User:for that purpose what is the test required ??
Doctor:CBC, Mantoux
User:k but surely this is not related ot cancer worries is that confirmed ??
Doctor:I cannot definitely say but I can reassure you that there a lot of things that needs to be ruled out
Doctor:before we say it is cancerous
Doctor:IF you google it out, you would just be terrified about the plethora of information avaialable for free and confusing
Doctor:finally taking away your mental peace
User:thnks sir are you a specialist ??
Doctor:I am a General Physician
Doctor:Do you have any further queries
Doctor:Did you follow my suggestions?
User:since i had kidney issues i was going as per the tests given by my urologist so it is safe for me to wait for him to come back without getting concerned am i right ??
