User :   Hi, my mother went to the doctor as she feels she has a urinary tract infection.
User :   S
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   what are the symptoms she had
User :   She gets them maybe every year or two and is familiar with her symptoms, she was given medication 2 weeks ago but felt the dose didn't last long enough. Pain in her abdomen, and lower back.
User :   She went to a new doctor, and they completely disregarded her UTI request, as she now needs an aortic valve replacement. Her main concern is that she may not be well enough due to a UTI to have the surgery, or an infection could cause problems with the surgery.
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   does she has fever, burning sensation while passing urine
User :   The doctors have done a few tests and say she does not have a UTI, and they will check a culture in the morning, however she is feels she does have a UTI and does not want to have the surgery.
User :   No burnining sensations, she has had a fever.
User :   And has been pale the past few weeks.
Doctor :   is she a diabetic?
User :   yes
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   the culture report will confirm the diagnosis
