User :   I developed uti symptoms this am. went to annual gyn appointment & told dr. She did not run tests but gave me antibiotic. the symptoms have worsened & I am noticing blood clots in my urine & blood after

Doctor :   1. Increase in the intensity of abdominal pain.
Doctor :   2. Increase in the frequency or severity of blood in the urine.
Doctor :   3. Development of fever
Doctor :   4. Difficulty while urination.
Doctor :   If any of such symptoms occur, then you may have to report to a doctor immediately.
Doctor :   Continue with the antibiotics as suggested.
Doctor :   6. Drink plenty of water, atleast 2 litres of water
Doctor :   7. Cranberrry juice are effective as urine aseptic.

Doctor :   The above mentioned symptoms are signs of hydronephrosis, which have to be watched for.

Doctor :   This is usually settles on itself as the stones pass away.
Doctor :   Hence you need not concern.
