User :   I have concerns about an issue I been going through

User :   This passed months I been feeling a twitch feeling on the right side of my head above my ear.
User :   It twitch for about 10 to 15min then it turn into a very bad headache
User :   Does it hurt in front of the ear while chewing or talking?
User :   no. but to while it twitch its feel like it going toward my ear then comes back up to the right temple

User :   It started last summer in the month of August. at one time I was working to jobs but now I'm working one. I thought that was cause of the pains at that time

User :   I do have sinus problem
User :   Have you taken/taking any medicines or had any consultation with a Doctor?
User :   otc medicine.but i have a appointment with neurologist

User :   after the twitch feeling stop, the headache come on the right side of my head and then moves to the top

User :   AAAAAAA is a term given to a group of symptoms that flare up a few minutes to seconds

User :   The twitch might also be due to a Muscle twitch

User :   but since you told that the headache always follows the twitch, I suspect the twitch to be an AAAAAAA

User :   Other conditions would be the innumerable causes for headache

User :   Do you have history of Allergies/ Diabetes/ High Blood pressure/ Thyroid/ Heart disease/Asthma/ paralysis /Breathing problems.

User :   yes.... but the area it happens is on the right side

User :   not big.. just a little from my eye directly above my ear

User :   One time every week. I had Saturday night and I had last night
