User :   Hi, I was diagnosed with a 'slipped disc' about 2-3 years ago, this was following a CT scan. the specialist showed me the scan & said the disc was right on the nerve & he didn't know how I wasn't in excruciating pain. I was in a lot of pain but it was bearable & I had pins & needles & faint trmours down my left leg. Since then I have rested, used an anti-inflamatory gel, then slowly started to exercise carefully (I did the injury in a yoga class originally). I have hardly any pain now but the tremours are much worse & driving me mad, they are there all the time no matter what I am doing. I can feel them in my left buttock & top of my leg, up the left side of my back & a bit in my upper left arm. Can I do anything to help this or will it get worse or could it be something more sinister? I am getting quite worried. Mo.
