User :   Hi Dr. I am seeking help to quit smoking
Doctor :   ok. since when you have been smoking and how many cigarettes do you smoke per day?
User :   I have been smoking for last 25 years and smoke close to 10 cig daily
Doctor :   ok. you can start with reducing one cigarette per day
Doctor :   weight the benefits and risks of continuing with smoking and remember them , it will help to motivate you
User :   I have tried doing that but then there are days when it goes back to 10, I want to stop altogether
Doctor :   once you reach to 2-3 per day, try with reducing further more with help of taking nicotine chewing gums or patches
User :   I have tried that but then there are days when it goes back to that count, I would like to stop it all together
Doctor :   you have to be consistent in your efforts youself

User :   Yes I have heard of nicotine patches and my cousin has used it successfully to give up smoking hence wanted to know about that
