Doctor :   Symptoms of hypothyroidism such as weight problem can be treated by means of dietary modifications and physical exercises.
Doctor :   However hormonal disturbances can only be corrected by thyroxine supplements.

Doctor :   Hence both regular medical drugs, dietary changes and lifestyle changes including physical exercise should go side by side for proper treatment and reversal of the symptoms.
