User :   I tore my labrum when i dislocated it a couple weeks ago
User :   i still have instability and my shoulder is popping and sliding around in my socket when i move certain ways...

User :   I started doing pt and no i cant even do any of the exercised in pt. I started offf with 3 pound weight on day 1 and on day 4 I totally regressed and can't do any weight
User :   I had an mri done that showed i tore it....I stopped pt becasue i couldnt do any more of it

User :   I go to the doctor tomorrow to see what he wants to do..becasue I am in so much pain can't sleep at night and I am so uncomfortable

normally most of the labral tears are treated conservatively

User :   I know on the mri it was torn at the head of my humerus
