User :   yea, if its a sprain shouldnt it be better already
Doctor :   not really as you are not adequately resting the part
Doctor :   thats why i suggest you get a check up and then decide on a wrist band or something to prevent further movement
User :   let me tell u, it has this feeling when im doing pushups
User :   but usually no further pain
