User : Hi, my doctor of eight years became very friendly.He gave me his cell number,
personal e-mail,invited me his home for holidays twice a year and once while having marital trouble with his doctor wife,called me at home to ask to borrow thousands of dollars for a trip so his wife could not see his CC statements. My wife said no, his wife found out and then he fired me as his doctor. Can I take any action even though our friendship was mutual?

User : He also laughed when we discovered I also had Peyronie's Disease. He said he had to tell patients they had to die everyday as if that was suppose to make me feel better. I did not ,but brought me into a deep depression.
Doctor : the Doc asked the money from you ? and when you said no he no longer wants to be primary physician?
Doctor : are you under going any treatment from him?
User : That was years ago. He also never denied filling my Vicodin RX, 50 tabs ES and I became addicted. No. When I was crying depressed,intoxicated, I called him at home and expressed suicidal ideation. He said he would give me one more refill of Vicodin and to leave him alone and"go ahead and kill yourself". He later sent me a letter that he would no longer see me for "misconduct".
Doctor : if you are not taking any treatment from him then he has can chose not to be your primary
User : I understand, but when I was fired from the hospital we both worked at , he was the first person I called. I was just very hurt and felt he used me for Thailand vacation tips as my wife is Thai.
