User :   Hi, I came off my contraceptive pill about 6 to 7 months ago and have started suffering from long painful periods. They last on average 14 days, in the middle of my periods I am suffering with horrific pains for usually 2 days. I vomited during my last period too. I am fed up with it. Why am I suffering so bad and is there anything I can do about it?
