User :   I get skid marks every day. I clean myself very carefully with wipes and water. I am over 60 and a little overweight. Is it my diet?

Doctor :   since when you are having this problem?
Doctor :   do you mean to say that you get bruises easily?
Doctor :   if so, has there been any blood work-up done to look for blood counts and bleeding parameters?
User :   I have regular daily movements. I wipe very clean & then finish off with slashing clean water and finish off with a wet wipe. Very clean! Then, later in the day I feel moisture and have to clean again.
User :   Yes I have had blood tests and everything is OK. I do not get bruises.
Doctor :   ok. in that case you will need to have an examination done to make sure that there are no injury or hemorroids.
Doctor :   do you feel any skin growth or any small mass when washing and cleaning the area?
User :   no
Doctor :   is the affected area painful to touch? do you have pain or discomfort when sitting for a long time?
User :   no
Doctor :   do you have good control over bowel and bladder movements?
User :   yes
Doctor :   please provide your height, weight, details of past medical illness and treatment if any.
User :   6ft 2in 230 pounds. I had a mini stroke about 4 years ago but all seems fine now

Doctor :   depending on your height and body frame your ideal weight should be between 167 - 182 lbs for medium frame, 176 - 202 lbs for large frame and 158 - 172 lbs for small frame built
User :   Very little fruit & Vegis. No breakfast. Lots of coffee. Lunch is my main meal. I eat very little at night. I do have several vodkas.
User :   I am a large frame person
Doctor :   to achieve this weight ranges, you need to include more of fruits and vbeggies of about 3 servings each per day, reduce caffienated beverages, and also cut down on vokda
Doctor :   if your own efforts do not work, then take professional help to plan out your diet, including a fitness regime
User :   Is there a suppliment or vitamin that would help?
Doctor :   no, they usually do not help in weight loss
