User : I am facing the problem of neck and lower back.... I took treatment from a phisiotheripst.... I do regular exercises.... but my job is sitting infront of computer as m a Graphic Designer..... the pain comes suddenly.... some time back neck or some time lower back.... I use the heat also at night... and the oil ment... but for massage I stay alone so I only do it.... can u tell me what kind of precautions should I take while sitting on computer..
