Hi there, I'm suffering from very itchy vulva majora. I thought it might have something to do with over washing but it hasn't gotten better. It's worse at night or when I'm really warm. I have no discharge and the itching is on my outer vulva only.
Doctor :   Hi,
User :   Hi there!
Doctor :   Do you notice any lesions over the vulva?
User :   No, there were none but when I itch I create some.
Doctor :   do you mean scratch marks ?
User :   Yeah sorry, that's what I mean and some flaking from scratching.
Doctor :   ok, I could consider it being a superficial mycosis (fungal infection )
User :   Right, what should I do? Does washing it make it worse?
Doctor :   yes, it will make worse on washing the secretions and leaving the skin bare
Doctor :   apply Micanazole oint over the vulva twice day
Doctor :   its an antifungal it will bring down the problem
User :   Thanks!!Will try that.
Doctor :   for itching you can take antiallergic like benadryl
Doctor :   is there anything i can help you with ?
User :   I also have some hemorroids which won't heal. I've tried preparation h which helps with the irritation but does not heal things up.
Doctor :   to combat heorroids its necessary for the stool to be loose
Doctor :   hence use laxatives
User :   I drink plenty of water too.
Doctor :   like Syp Cremaffin
User :   How long would you recommend?
Doctor :   water will not help as it will get absorbed in the midway
Doctor :   until you become symptom free
Doctor :   also continue appling gelly
User :   Okay, thanks so much!! That's all the advice I need :-)
Doctor :   you are welcome
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me , kindly provide your feedback
User :   I will!! Goodbye
