User :   inhales paint fumes from a back spray, hard breading

User :   Hello! My brother paints cars, etc. On Tues he was painting and somehow it back sprayed forcing him to breath in fumes. Having difficulty breathing.
Doctor :   so it has been about 5 days now ?
Doctor :   and he still has the symptoms ?
User :   Yes but he refuses to see a doctor. Is there anything he can do to help his situation?
Doctor :   does he have trouble sleeping ?
User :   Yes. Did not go to sleep last night till 3am. Feels better sitting up straight

Doctor :   He may need to go in for a check up and recieve nebulisations
Doctor :   with bronchodilators and inhalers for a few days
Doctor :   he has probably has chemical pneumonitis due to inhalation injury due to the inhalation
User :   Coughing and feeling very bad. Understand he needs to see a doctor but my brother is very stubborn. Could we obtain these breathing aids at drug store or medical store?
