User :   but u still have to gain atleast around 10 kgs to have a healthy weight
User :   gradually i am gaining weight slowly
User :   ok, have u undergone any test ?
User :   ya
User :   coz, the symptoms of low BP could be due to autonomic issues
User :   and the test for it is the tilt table test
User :   echo, ecg, sugar test, tsh,t3,t4 all normal
User :   i have not gone through tilt table test
User :   once this is done, the cause of low BP, which is symptomatic can be diagnosed as autonomic neuropathty or something else
User :   i would advice you for specific diagnosis of your issue, consult a physician, and get this test done
User :   but I have not the facility of tilt table test here at my city
User :   where do u stay?
User :   ok
User :   but, major hospitals, will definitely have this facility to diagnose this condition
User :   also, whats your BP, when standing up ?
User :   and whats it when lying down? after 20 minutes apart ?
User :   standing up i have not measured
User :   have u checked that ?
User :   and lying down also
User :   only I have checked sitting down its around 90/60
User :   if the differance is > 20mmhg in the systolic, this is considered as orthostatic hypotension , and this is due to autonomic neuropathy
User :   do u have any ear issues ?
User :   no
User :   does the dizziness present all around the day >?
User :   ya
User :   or only when u wake up?
User :   all around the day
User :   so, once u are sitting and u stand after 20 minutes, u feel dizzy?
User :   if thats so, then , thats due to autonomic neuropahty .
User :   not like that all day I feel little dizzy even sitting
User :   ok
User :   i would advice you to see a cardiologist, who can give you prescription meds, and the condition can be controlled
User :   cardiologist means heart specialist?
User :   yes
User :   I have already gone
User :   what was his opinion?
User :   he checked my heart but all is ok
User :   he only gave me vitamin tablets
User :   i think, you need to consult him again and thell him your issues specifically about dizzines s
User :   this can be controlled
