User :   My brother is experiencing vertigo and stiffness in toungue. He is a BP Patient, had suffered de-hydration the day before yesterday and since then the vertigo problem is there.

User :   Morning:Loprsar XL 50, Night: Losar A 5/50
User :   These are for BP.

User :   What is the cause of dizziness?
Doctor :   Dehydration or diarrhoea can cause dizziness
User :   And now the tongue is getting stiff..
User :   when he speaks, it sounds like he is chewing something.

User :   There are two reports here: 1) Complete Haemogram, 2) Liver Function Test

User :   I am writing the impressions from the Haemogram here: User :   Normocytic Normochromic Blood Picture with mild relative neutrophilia

User :   being a sunday, I cant get hold of a Specialist.
User :   Should I refer a physician and get a check on the symptoms?
User :   Bro is already on medications of BP, Dehydration and mild depression..
Doctor :   Can you call up the same treating doctor as he has examined your brother and ask about this new symptoms of tongue stiffness?

User :   Temprature is fine.
