Doctor :   did you meet her treating doctor with these results? was any dose adjustment done for her medications?

Doctor :   avoid ghee, butter, cheese, whole milk, curd with use restricted to once in 15 days

Doctor :   avoid tea/coffee with whole milk more than once a day, let her have green tea or lemon tea, black tea about 2 times a day

User :   pls also advise for acidity problem
Doctor :   let her start her day with a warm glass of water with juice of 1 lemon or 1 teaspoon honey or 3-4 pods of raw garlic (to be chewed).
Doctor :   for the acidity problem, let her avoid citrus fruits, potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower.
Doctor :   do not let her stomach be empty for more than 3 hours except when she is sleeping
Doctor :   do not let her lie down till atleast 1/2 to 1 hour after heavy meals
Doctor :   is she doing any exercises or walking?
User :   yes... she walks 1 km everyday in the evening
Doctor :   ok. that is good, let her continue with that, it should be a brisk walk, and it should increase her heart rate to an extent that she can breathe and speak at the same time
Doctor :   after getting up in morning and taking the warm water as scheduled, she should go ahead with a walk for about 20-25 minutes
