User :   Hi, i have 2 small bumps that just came under my neck there sore and my gums inside my mouth is swollen its just happened all of a sudden i saw a doctor he gave me some antibiotics i just started taking yesterday but my neck is still really sore and the bumps are there still you have any idea what going on

User :   the pain is underneath my neck more on my right side with a little ball there i can play with it

User :   can u get any bacerial from oral sex prefromned on my girlfriend?

Doctor :   you need to take a few more medications inluding advil or motrin for the pain and inflammation
Doctor :   yes, incase the vagina is infected, with bacteria, you can get infected
User :   what about the pea sized balls in my neck
Doctor :   they are inflammed lymph nodes , which are common in pharyngitis
User :   any possiblty it has somthing to do with my wisdom teeth

User :   yes i belive it has to do with the one in the back
Doctor :   any pain or infection within the oral cavity, or the throat can cause enlarged and painful lymph nodes

Doctor :   take advil OR motrin along with the antibiotics
Doctor :   do some salt water gargling with warm water 3-4 times in a day
Doctor :   take some zyrtec or claritin too
User :   how long do you think i would get a little relief from the pain in my neck
Doctor :   all these medications will help to clear the infection and symptoms within a weeks time
Doctor :   the first few doses of motrin will relieve your pain soon
Doctor :   within 24 hours

User :   so this is nothing to be really concerned about if i just take the medication

Doctor :   but it does not provide coverage to inflammatory coverage as motrin
