User :   I have pigmented skin, some parts of my body are darker than the other. My neck, underarms, knees, elbows and buttocks are very much darker than the rest of the body. Can I do anything to make them evenly colored? Also, I have ingrown hair in my legs, which make it look ugly even after waxing. Can I do anything to improve their appearance?
