User :   Hello Doc, I am 30 years old & I have been working in night shifts since last 7 years.I am feeling that I am experiencing selective memory loss. I tend to forget names & directions. Please advice.

User :   I usually sleep well about 8 hours ..everyday.. however get disturbed by my kid..

User :   I also have this habit of reading...reading alot..
User :   still feel I am being forgetful..
Doctor :   Did you have any kind of injury or trauma on head?
User :   not really..
User :   its the "Stress" level.. that comes with the job..
Doctor :   It seems to be related to stress, disturbed sleep cycle
Doctor :   1)Have a balanced diet of fruits and veggies
Doctor :   2)Drink lots of water
User :   I have changed my timings in past few days.. I still don't get sleep till 4 am..

User :   any other specific advice to make it better.. ?
Doctor :   3)Take tab A to Z daily for few months
User :   is that available in India ?

Doctor :   5)Do yoga or meditation daily
Doctor :   6)Have almonds in the morning after soaking in overnight water
Doctor :   If all these things do not help you should meet a Counsellor or a psychiatrist who will examine you and also investigate
User :   I am planning to quit my job..because of this.. & move to a quiter place..
User :   I am getting frustrated easily.. & get angry.. most often than not..
Doctor :   This is not the solution.
Doctor :   You definitely need a counselling session which can help you
User :   okay..we've got 2 more minutes.. before this session expires..
Doctor :   They will meet you personally and after observing you can come to a conclusion
Doctor :   Also you need not be so depressed because of this.
Doctor :   Think positive and definitely it is curable
