User :   I hav 1 sexual problem(I think, not sure). Problem is a transparent liquid always flow-out from my pennis (either I am talking normally to my freind normally or by fear), the whole day my pennis is in wet condition. Whats the desease name? Can u tell me? Whom I should contact Physician for this problem or some other specialist? What tests should I do?
