User:I am having constipation problem since long time .. took few medication
User:to clear the bowl

User:since last 2-3 days im having pain while passing stool
User:imne age is 34
Doctor:Any passing of blood
User:no as of now no blood
User:can u suuest some medication
Doctor:First and foremost, you can take ISABGUL 1-2 tsp after meals , at night
Doctor:this will help to form proper stools
User:but wht the pain which currently im having
Doctor:In addition, You can take PICROLAX CAPSULES 1 cap at night before sleeping
