User:I have a problem in my facial skin
User:there are too many acne pits
User:am not sure if this is a right place to ask it
Doctor:since when do you have this?
User:i would like to reduce it a bit
User:since my teen
Doctor:There are several ways of reducing this
Doctor:for starters
Doctor:you can start using Adapelene ointment 0.1% on the entire face at night time every alternate day
User:the thing is i used to wash my face regularily atleast 3 times a day
Doctor:In the days in between
Doctor:you can use Hyseac ointment on your face
Doctor:again at night time
Doctor:the face needs to be washed twice a day
Doctor:with an oil free and soap free solution
Doctor:you can use a soap like Acnelak or a neutral cleanser like Cetaphil or one from NEutrogena
Doctor:These ointments need to be applied for atleast 6 weeks
Doctor:if you notice an improvement continye
