User :   Hi I am been having intestinal problems. My stool is sticky and hard to pass. Very soft. I want to know what I should do. I have done a month of supplements to put in good bacteria....some improvementI am worried it is celiac disease. I also have red bumpy itchy rash that comes and goes on my shins and hands...and buttocks.

Doctor :   these will help with fibre content, and help in smooth passing of stools
User :   I eat organic and do high fiber veggies
Doctor :   for the burping and gas try with OTC medications like Prilosec two times a day before food
Doctor :   continue with the diet changes and take this medicine for a week
