User :   My height is 5ft 3in,i am 31 years old, my weight is 75 kgs..can you tell me hw can i reduce my weight...
Doctor :   Your BMI is 29.1 which is in the overweight range. Also your ideal weight should be around 61.
User :   how can i reduce to this...
Doctor :   1)Go for a daily brisk walk for 30 minutes in the morning after taking a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it.
Doctor :   2)Take 3 serving of fruit and 2 servings of veggies daily.
Doctor :   2)In the breakfast prefer having milk with oats and flax.
Doctor :   4)In mid morning snack have a fruit or fruit salad at 10.30
User :   doctor i have two children one is 3yrs and other one in 1 year..goin for brisk walk is not possible as my children get up frequently iif i am away from there any other option...other tan this...
