User :   Willing to quit smoking but never happened. Even stopped for 2/3 days but again started.

User :   when tensed very frequent otherwise once every hour or so....
Doctor :   how many cigarettes a day do you smoke
User :   15-20 / day

User :   no , slowly and gradualy the same increased....

User :   yes ... was succesful for about two / three days ...

Doctor :   please try to implement them form today
Doctor :   1.the most important thing is to first make up your mind
Doctor :   promise yourself that you will slowly bring down your no of cigarettes

Doctor :   2. determination is the first thing, following the same is the next
Doctor :   3.first of all you must cut down , in a way which will not cause any stress
Doctor :   reduce the no , day by day
Doctor :   and bring it close to one cig a day
Doctor :   you can inform any of your friend or family member that you are trying to quit
Doctor :   so that they can keep you motivated
Doctor :   2. there are nicotine gums which are available, you can switch to them slowly
Doctor :   they give you the sense of smoking but they cause minimal harm when compared to smoking
Doctor :   they will reduce the urge to smoke
