User :   to cut a long story short..
User :   suffering from an acute hair loss problem.. had been to richfeel for a bit but dont think the medication worked...
User :   infact i think they were all a bunch of quacks...

Doctor :   What is the pattern of hair loss, is it in patches or you have a receding hairline?
User :   patches.. alopecia is wht they had said
Doctor :   Fine alopecia is hair loss only, i wanted to know the type of hair loss.
Doctor :   Do you have any family history of hair loss?
User :   well not this type...
Doctor :   ok
User :   also this has been the case with the facial hair as well... beard, side-locks...
Doctor :   Well first of all1) You need to increase your protein intake
Doctor :   Include more of dal, beans, eggs(if non veg), grams etc
Doctor :   Daily in your diet
Doctor :   2) Have lots of fruits and Vegetables in your diet.
Doctor :   3) Take 1 tablet of Biotin Forte daily for 3 to 4 months
Doctor :   4) Once a week apply Egg on your scalp and leave for 40 minutes, then wash it, it will promote hair growth.
Doctor :   5) Massage your hair with castor oil regularly, it prevents hair loss
User :   the tablet.. 5mg would be fine?
Doctor :   6) Grind fenugreek seeds with water and apply them 2 to 3 times a week on yous scalp, leave for 45 minutes and then wash

Doctor :   7)Check if there is any dandruff as sometimes it is a cause of hair loss.
Doctor :   8) Avoid smoking and alcohol as this increases hair loss

User :   yes doc... ive never had dandruff problems untill recently..
Doctor :   Ok regularly wash your hair with a mild shampoo and apply oil, also dont let dirt and grim accumulate in hairs as it increases hair loss
Doctor :   Do not leave hairs too dry.
User :   got that.. hair rarely gets dirty though... i have a car and so dont really use public transport..

User :   one more doubt doc... will these patches go?
Doctor :   Yes but it takes time.
User :   trust me i have a lot of patience...
