User :   I got fungi arownd the groin area that will come back after cutting the treatment, I have been using kitokonazol to treat it (the doctor told me to and not by myself)

User :   I'm a male and about 23 years old, I have this problem for about 14 monthes (It all started when I used a tessue and however it was new but I think I got the infection from it)

Doctor :   1)Wash the groin skin two to three times a day with a gentle soapless cleanser like Dove
Doctor :   2) keep the groin area dry
Doctor :   3) Avoid excess groin skin irritation by wearing 100% cotton underwear;
Doctor :   4) Avoid fabric softeners, bleaches, or harsh laundry detergents
Doctor :   also i want you to do the following
Doctor :   Purchase apple cider vinegar or tea tree oil, both natural anti fungal agents, at a local grocery and apply once daily
Doctor :   Continue to apply tea tree oil or apple cider vinegar for at least five days after symptoms disappear
Doctor :   Adjust your diet. Eliminate processed sugar from your diet. Eat grains in moderation. Eat garlic and increase consumption of foods that boost your immune system.

User :   I hop so, the cream treats the problem and no ithcing or red skin remains at all, but 4 to 5 days after stoping the treatment the problem returns. I will do what you toold me and hop that it want comes back.. thanks
