User :   hello
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   How can i help you?
User :   My 1.5 year old baby cut her hand while playing with a knife
User :   I stopped the bleeding and bandaged it
Doctor :   When did she cut it?
User :   I wanted to know is there anything else that I should be doing?
User :   yesterday evening
User :   no fever or swelling today
Doctor :   When was she given the last Tetanus injection?. It will be better that you get her vaccinated for that
User :   she has received the regular recommended vaccinations, is tetanus among them?
Doctor :   Then she must have received them. DPT includes Tetanus
User :   okay? then nothing to be done now?
Doctor :   Have you open the bandage now? Is there any pus or does she have any pain?
User :   not yet... I could check that...
Doctor :   If she does not have any symptoms right now no need to worry and leave as such. However if there are any other symptoms as fever, pus, pain then you need to get it examined.
User :   Do i need to apply any medication on the cut now?
Doctor :   You can apply Neosporin Powder after opening the bandage.
Doctor :   It will prevent any bacterial infection
User :   okay... thanks for the help. I'll drop a note if I notice any pus from the cut
Doctor :   Is there anything else you would like to know?
User :   that's it... thanks again. It was helpful chatting with you. Very clear, concise and professional assistance
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me, bye for now.
User :   bye
