Doctor: hi
Doctor :   How can I help you?
Doctor :   Dr. XXX here
User :   just a min sir i m typing sir
User :   i have some kind of lumps on my arms, shoulders, and thighs
Doctor :   ok
User :   they are mostly soft, round in shape
Doctor :   ok
User :   and are moving freely in all directions
User :   when i consulted docs, they said they are fat tumors
User :   just want to know which kind they might be and possible consequences related to my healh
Doctor :   the kind of tumors can be diagonsed by examining the cell type they are composed of
Doctor :   and it can be done by either biopsy or FNAC
User :   yeah I had FNAC long back
Doctor :   and depending on their results, effects on your health and future can be determined.
Doctor :   what did it show? how long back was it done?
User :   they collected a kind of whitish liguid and confirmed them as fat lumps
User :   and they didn't opt for biopsy, i don't know the reason why
Doctor :   how long back was the FNAC done?
User :   around 4 yrs back
Doctor :   then it might need to be repeated if you are in doubt. and at that time they did not opt for biopsy probably because FNAC showed it to be lipomas
Doctor :   as per the history and description given by you, they do suggest to be lipomas
Doctor :   I have just reviewed your discussion with my collegue
Doctor :   and it also suggests you the same line of management
User :   oh i see,
Doctor :   if you need a concrete answer whether they are lipomas or NF, then best would be to get a re-examination done
User :   i am repesting these question because i am really worried whether they are neurofibromas or lipomas
Doctor :   along with a biopsy or a repeat FNAC from multiple sites of the tumors
User :   in fact the FNAC done was from collecting liquid from two-three lumps
User :   which were bit bigger among others
Doctor :   ok
User :   thats why i am posing the same question to all of you. Yes I know i may need tests to confirm the type. But based on the inputs given by me i may have a first impression what i might have
Doctor :   based on your inputs and other doctors examination findings as decribed by you in your earlier discussions, suggest then to be lipomas
Doctor :   since you ask for concrete solution, it can only be answered by doing the suggested tests
Doctor :   based on your inputs, all doctors will give you the same opinion no matter how much you discuss.
User :   ok sir. Yes i am getting the similar answers
User :   does FNAC confirms the type?
Doctor :   FNAC or biopsy anyone can be done, it will depend upon the re-examination findings
User :   ok sir.
Doctor :   is there anything else I can help you with?
User :   no sir. probably i may need to go for biopsy/FNAC instead of discussing the same story
Doctor :   yes, you should focus on getting your queries answered based on evidence and investigations
Doctor :   it will put your mind and all your doubts to rest
User :   yesterday i sent some of my pictues to YYYY@YYYY
User :   you can see them
Doctor :   ok. let me check. give me sometime
User :   please go ahead sir
Doctor :   i had a look at them, the pictures do not reveal very clearly the lumps you are talking about
Doctor :   better would be a one-to-one re-examination by your treating doctor
User :   ok sir
User :   the lump that i have on my buttocks is bit larger among all, measuring approx. 2 cm in diameter
Doctor :   ok
User :   the growth since last 4 years is very small and didn't face any problems with vision and nerve compression etc.
User :   no pain even
Doctor :   ok
