Doctor :   Hi
User :   Hello Doctor
User :   I have a Knee pain for the past 3 weeks
User :   Its getting worst in the last 2 days
User :   Having trouble while climbing up stairs(when the entire weight is put on my right leg), the pain is more
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   Is it only right side?
User :   It all started after a stretching excercise..
User :   Yes
Doctor :   What is your age, occupation?
Doctor :   When did it start?
User :   To give a background: I had been for a day long trekking in last month.. and a body massage the next day. Day after that.. i had severe body pain. So just tried some stretching excercises for the legs
Doctor :   Do you see a swelling or redness now or after the stretching exercise?
User :   I could feel the pain just after that excercise.. but it was just a little. So thought it will get alright after some days
User :   No external symtoms
User :   I'm 27 yrs, working in IT field
Doctor :   Did you try any medication?
User :   No
User :   Since today morning, it hurts even when i sit on the bed or while folding legs
Doctor :   Ok, rest helps?
User :   Yes
Doctor :   The knee joint has many ligaments and cartilages
Doctor :   which should not have been injured as per your description
Doctor :   But I still would like you to get Knee Joint Xray
Doctor :   The most likely possibility is Tendinitis
User :   I'm riding 2 wheeler.. and couldnt balance with my right leg(i just pull up right leg ) and balancing with left side
Doctor :   that is each muscle attaches to the bone by Tendon
Doctor :   Some times during the stretching exercises, the tendon gets injured to cause
Doctor :   Tendinitis
User :   Can you plz explain the issue here
Doctor :   I hope you understand it
User :   Which means a muscle problem
User :   ?
Doctor :   Most possibly
Doctor :   Hence you should get an Xray of the Knee joint
Doctor :   The best thing would be to consult an Orthopedic surgeon
Doctor :   and get Xray and get evaluated
User :   Okay
Doctor :   The below mentioned are helpful
Doctor :   1) Hot compresses over the area
Doctor :   2) Apply MYOLAXIN gel, when you have pain
Doctor :   3) Restrict weight bearing movements on that leg
User :   okay
Doctor :   like climbing stairs, do it with one leg ie left leg while climbing
User :   Will it create a problem if i continue to stress the leg?
Doctor :   and make this joint passive
Doctor :   The healing delays
User :   i cant avoid riding or sitting and folding sometime
Doctor :   Prefer to use the left joint more often
Doctor :   You can sit and fold
User :   so bit worried whether doing these may worse the condition
User :   Okay. Thanks Doctor
Doctor :   You would like us to fix appnt with Orthopedician
User :   Is there a specific Xray? or just saying Knee Joint is fine ?
Doctor :   We can assist you
User :   Which hospital ?
Doctor :   Which ever is near your home?
User :   I live near
Doctor :   One of our customer care team calls you and take the details and assist you further
User :   Sure, that will help
Doctor :   Sure
