User :   Confusing diagnosis. I have a capillary telangestacia in the pons area of brain. I have also had quirky lab work. Sometimes SED rates elevated, sometimes not. Have heart palpitations but ekg is normal and echo cardiogram is normal. Wore Holt Monitor and had some PVC's but doctors don't treat. I have heaviness in arm and leg on left side at some times. I am 33 years old. Mother of 3. 5'4" and weight 116. Feel like I am falling apart and get no answers. I am embarassed to go back to a doctor.
Doctor :   hi.
Doctor :   Dr. XXXXXXXX here.
Doctor :   let me read what you have typed.
Doctor :   do you have any other symptoms asociated?
User :   Admit to extreme anxiety after diagnosis of capillary telangestacia but don't feel this is all related to anxiety. I do have to clear throat a lot. Dry cough. Feel faint with a lot of physical exertion, i.e. pushing stoller with baby in it up hill. Just don't ever feel good. No sure of prognosis with capillary situation.
Doctor :   are you on any medication now?
User :   I take smallest dosage of ativan once daily. Doctors tried me on antidepressants but I could not take SRI's. Developed body jerking and sweating on prozac, cymbalta, and one other. This was only after taking medication for 2 or 3 days. Take sublingual B12.
Doctor :   ok.
Doctor :   I would suggest you to take help from our panel neurologist/neurosurgeons to discuss your case
Doctor :   and teh prognosis
Doctor :   you can send your reports to us, and we can forward them to the specialists to have a look
Doctor :   and you can speak to them directly and discuss
User :   Okay, that would be fine. I guess my frustration stems from being told different things from the physicians I see. I have IM doctor and have neurologist. They are sometimes at conflict. One orders blood work and then the blood work may show something abnormal. The other runs the lab work again and tells me all is okay. Right now I have been told I have low platlett count. What on earth is that from. No one tells me.
Doctor :   WWW.WWWW.WW
User :   tell me how i speak with the specialists please.
Doctor :   folow this link for the same
User :   Thank you. I will.
Doctor :   ok. Thanks for consulting me. bye for me.
