User :   Hey, I was just wondering what the best way for me to lose weight was...I'm probably a special case
User :   I'm 18, a college student with a full time job, I rarely have time to eat anything and when I do, it's something I can take on the go...I'm busy but not in an exercise sense...I'm on my feet for about 9 hours every night at work, and I get very little sleep, yet I'm still over my normal weight

User :   so what do i do in the meantime, my entire family is extremely overweight...and it seems I've started down that path...I used to be extremely active, I danced for 11 years but have been unable to due to a knee injury and a new season of life...I carry most of my weight in my stomach and upper thighs but everywhere else i'm very skinny...I just don't want to end up like my family

User :   I do...and I try to be careful, I have classes that start at 9:30am, I go straight to work until 11pm, then I get home and do homework until about 2am. That's the best I can do at the moment. I try to be careful with what I eat, however I work in the food industry and it can be very difficult. Also, my meal times are totally different each day and sometimes I don't even have time to eat until late in the evening

User :   I work at Chick-fil-A, I get a 20 minute dinner break, I'm normally standing still or running around the building like crazy for 9 hours

User :   I can ride my bike, it isn't the greatest neighborhood that I'm in plus I do have exercise-induced asthma...sorry I forgot to mention that earlier

skip all fatty foods like cheese, dairy products, cakes, choclates
User :   i'm not a big cake or chocolate eater
User :   dairy isn't much of an issue

User :   i'm surrounded by fried chicken, chargrilled(gross) chicken, fries and other awful foods
User :   the only thing I could eat is salads, and I need some sort of protein

User :   I take ibuprofen as needed but thats it, i don't drink or smoke

User :   no, there aren't many specialists in the area...and the ones that are here, are way too expensive

User :   i'm a heavy sleeper when I get sleep

you need to take a healthy diet and involve in some exercises
