User:My friend had a cold n cough in last week
User:dry cough mostly
User:then he took azithromysin n tusq syrup
User:not it is less compared to before almost gone
User:but he is getting pain in the back
User:upper right side
Doctor:that must be muscle strain
Doctor:It should go away soon
Doctor:your friend can take Dolo 650mg after food for the pain to subside for a day or two
