Doctor :   is it asthalin ?
User :   I don't remember exactly
Doctor :   ok
User :   but I guess no
Doctor :   you have got the asthma symptoms back
Doctor :   you need to do the following now
Doctor :   you need to under go a test called PEFR
Doctor :   in that you have to blow into a tube
Doctor :   that will whether there is any compromise in the breathing capacity due to the asthama attack
Doctor :   you need to get the neutralization for the present termination of the symptoms
Doctor :   also you may have to get an inhaler
Doctor :   inhalers are like neutralization which you can carry in your pocket and when you get this asthma symptoms if you inhale the attack will abort immediately
User :   yap, I bought one at that time

Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   you need to take it again
User :   you think I should take the nublization
User :   or in morning, just to buy the inhaler and inhale it for a couple of times ?
Doctor :   may i know the name of the inhaler which you were using ?
Doctor :   are you there ?
User :   yes
User :   I don't remember the name
User :   but I guess it is starting with L
User :   I need to check old paper
Doctor :   ok
User :   I tried to find my old inhaler but no luck
User :   but it is from cipla
Doctor :   ok
User :   Levolin
User :   that's the name
User :   I got it
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   ok
User :   the one m having has expired in aug 2009
Doctor :   than you can buy one inhaler and use it for the symptomatic relief
Doctor :   you also need the budecort neutralization
User :   dose?
Doctor :   levolin does produce immediate relief from symptoms
Doctor :   but to prevent further attacks you require budecort
Doctor :   it will be one respule per neutralization
User :   yes
User :   but I guess that also come with different concentration
Doctor :   no
User :   something like 10mg, 25mg per repulse
User :   or it is something like bedecort light or plus
User :   something
User :   I remember there was two variant of it
User :   one is light and other is stonger
User :   I used to take the light one
Doctor :   plain budecort is 0.5 mg per respule
Doctor :   that is what you need to use now
User :   yes I guess this was something I used
User :   how much
User :   for how many days?
Doctor :   how much and for how many days that is dependent on the PEFR result
User :   hamm, you mean I should visit a doctor in the morning
User :   or can have PERF and come back to you
Doctor :   you need to have the following
Doctor :   PEFR and the chest auscultation
Doctor :   chest auscultation to know any residual wheeze and ronchi
Doctor :   for that you need to visit the doctor
User :   ok
User :   do you think, if I took steam
User :   a couple of times in a day
User :   do mornign walk
User :   and take just the inhaler
User :   that will work
User :   ?
Doctor :   inhaler will definitely provide the relief
Doctor :   steam and morning walk i dont think it will work
Doctor :   as you are getting the wheeze in the morning it is the morning cold air
Doctor :   which is producing the bronchospasm
Doctor :   so the morning walk and exercise at this moment might aggravate the symptoms
User :   hamm, so I have to meet a physician
Doctor :   yes presently it is required
User :   ok tx
User :   one more thing
Doctor :   yes
User :   is asthman is permenant
User :   or it can be runined from the root
User :   what are the precuation one should take in case like mine
Doctor :   it is an hyper reactive air way disorder
Doctor :   it may or may not be permenant
Doctor :   if the precipitating cause is avoided than the asthma will not come
User :   what are those cause
User :   I to to office by car
User :   closed winodow
User :   and not much direclty exposed with pollution
User :   remian in office and home
Doctor :   as i said it is hyper reactive to any stimuli
User :   mostly in AC
User :   can I found the exaclt reason
User :   so that I can avoid that
Doctor :   it may be pollen grain
Doctor :   dust
Doctor :   dander
Doctor :   cold air
Doctor :   pollution
User :   and one important aspect
User :   I see this symptoms coming back in April, May
User :   seems like repeatative
Doctor :   ok
User :   last year too, I think I have these sympotms
User :   but not much
User :   so I ignored it
Doctor :   ok
User :   is it someting, I got trapped in a yearly peroidic cycle of this
User :   in 2008
Doctor :   probably you are having some allergic reaction to environmental factors like pollen grains
User :   this is the same time, I got attack and need to hospatalized
User :   can I avoid it?
Doctor :   it is in environment
Doctor :   only way to avoid it is change the place
User :   I live in XXXXXXXX
User :   not near to any farms or like that
Doctor :   you can get the allergic test done
User :   like
Doctor :   if it is showing your cause is allergic t the any of the specific allergen than you can undergo systemic desensitization
Doctor :   allergic test is a test done in specialized centers
Doctor :   when you visit you physician you can ask him about this
Doctor :   he may tell you where it is done
User :   alright, tx a lot
User :   you think anything else worth telling me?
Doctor :   at present get the treatment for the present episode and terminate the attack
Doctor :   once it is over get the investigation done to know what is causing you the asthma attach
User :   ok tx a lot for your time and suggestions
Doctor :   if it is allergic than you can get the systemic desensitization
Doctor :   the levolin and budecort are all symptomatic relief drugs for the episode of the asthma attack
Doctor :   if no cause is found for the precipitation of asthma in you than you can do yoga and pranayama
Doctor :   this will help in long term remissions
