User :   No , This is just at one place
User :   At the front of the tounge
User :   3 patches
Doctor :   If they do not hurt , and they are persistant, then they could be leukoplakia

User :   Sorry 2006 to 2009
Doctor :   In that case it could be leukoplakia or subungual fibrosis as well
Doctor :   But a close examination will be needed to know the exact cause
User :   Well how dangerous is this?
Doctor :   I suggest you see a ENT doctor or a dentist who can check it out and give you an exact diagnosis
Doctor :   it is not dangeerous in most cases if it appears benign
Doctor :   but if there are signs of neoplastic changes, then it may lead to oral cancer over a certain time
User :   Well I ll see a ENT specialist soon
