User :   i had a gallbladder ultrasound and a had scan yeaterday. During the ultrasound while i was on my left side the tech was running that veiwing thing over side and it hurt so bad that i teared up. she said that she was over top the gall bladder what could cause this type of pain i

User :   i have been having nausea and stomache pains everytime i eat

User :   i smoke and use alchol once in a blue moon usually holidays

Doctor :   Right abdominal pain with nausea/vomiting with tenderness over the gallbladder are symptoms of gallbladder inflammation.
Doctor :   Ultrasound examination reveal gallbladder inflammation in chronic stages or if there is a gallstone that is precipitating this inflammation.
Doctor :   A proper physical examination with other blood investigations may be needed to diagnose this condition.
Doctor :   Hence I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for physical examination and evaluation.
Doctor :   In the mean time avoid hot and spicy food.
Doctor :   Use antacids syrups twice or thrice a day before meals.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   i use prilosec otc every moring wich doesnt help and i dont eat spicy foods it doesnt matter what i eat i still get nauseated and have pain and i will contact a gastro
