User :   I went to the er with chest pressure, trouble breathing, and headache, i have been seen by heart doctor i do have blocked artiers 30-40 in 3 and 90 in the artery in back of my heart, they did ekg and also stress test said they were normal, but during my stress test my bp went to low and wouldnt allow me to take bp medicine. Does this sound right to you?

Doctor :   a cardiologist will ask you not to worry
User :   so what do you like can I not have more blocking and it not show up in these tests
Doctor :   The only test that can actually show the blocks is an angiogram
User :   I also got a tick off me my md is running a lymes diseace test could this caause these systoms

User :   But with ekg and stress normail could there be more blockage and not show on those test and why did i get same systoms when they done stress text?
Doctor :   An ECG & stress test will only show the electrical activity, which intern reflects
Doctor :   the functioning of the organ
Doctor :   It is not possible to predict the exact number of blocks
Doctor :   It is only possible to know which region of the heart is receiving lesser blood supply
User :   I have had an angiogram done about 3 or 4 yrs ago . I am so confussed and scared and no answers

User :   yes, they said they couldn't do anything about the 1 in b
User :   the back until i had more blockages on the other ones, i dont understand why they dont do another 1 with these systoms I am having.
Doctor :   These blocks as of now are not causing any major disturbance to the blood flow as yet

User :   throid, bllod pressure, chy. depression copd
Doctor :   Do you smoke or chew tobacco/drink alcohol/Any illicit drugs. If yes how much/how often and how long you have?
User :   smoke 1 pack nothing else
Doctor :   Do you have history of Allergies/ Diabetes/ High Blood pressure//Asthma
User :   blood pressure, heart , stroke
Doctor :   Since when do you have COPD?
User :   about 6 months
Doctor :   Don't you feel that the symptoms you are having is related to that?
User :   nothing like what i had tuesday
Doctor :   Smoking has brought you COPD, & COPD has brought you these symptoms..
Doctor :   What happened on Tuesday?
Doctor :   COPD will also affect the heart
User :   What i said in first converasation but more severe than ever before
Doctor :   It has the propensity to cause Ischemic heart disease.
User :   copd is not bad enough that i am on medicine 4 it
Doctor :   chest pressure, trouble breathing, and headache,- these correlate well with COPD
