User :   Hi there, just want to find out about Anxiety disorders. Im male , 31 years old. My Doctor said I have an anxiety disorder.Im currently seeing a pshycologist who is using hipnosis to treat me.My question is regarding physical symptoms of anxiety disorder. Is the following typical symptoms: CONSTANT lightheadedness/dizzy/feeling faint ; jelly legs ; fatigued ; weak ; shakiness ; i get a headache maybe only once in 3 - 4 weeks ; I urinate frequently ; lately I get that awfull feeling like when you have low blood sugar.Sometimes I get a little blurry vision.I had my heart,blood sugar,and other blood test checked often and all is fine.I had a partial Thyroidectomy in August last year and my labs (TSH/T4/T3)also shows fine. So all I need to know is , can anxiety disorders really cause this horrible symptoms.? Thank you

User :   what exactly is an anxiety attack? is there a difference between panic and anxiety attacks?

User :   what i dont understand is I dont ''worry'' or think of anything when I get these symptoms?
Doctor :   you may be then thinking over those symptoms which aggravate the same
User :   any suggestions how to combat this disorder?
Doctor :   in anxiety disorder most of times you will be unaware of the issue you thinking on
Doctor :   Are you on any medication for the same ?
User :   I drink URBANOL 10 in the morning. Started 2 days ago
User :   do you know if it works?
Doctor :   yes, it does help
Doctor :   if its 5mg /10ml
Doctor :   take 10ml twice a day
User :   morning and evening?
User :   10ml i mean
Doctor :   morning and night

User :   well my biggest issue is this lightheadedness so is this truly a symptom of anxiety disorder?
User :   I feel like fainting especially when talking to people
Doctor :   yes, it could be due to increased heart rate which happens in anxiety attack
Doctor :   drink more water the same time
Doctor :   it helps
User :   can you be unaware of an attack?
Doctor :   once you feel the pulse racing, try to avoid the issue there and drink more water
Doctor :   also try to control he breathing rate and restrict to about 16 to 18 cycles per minute
Doctor :   controlled breathing do help
