User :   My son was vomiting Wednesday, no fever, yesterday he stayed in bed no vomiting seemed better, this morning he has fever and all over red rash.

User :   I don't know, only saw it this morning when he got into bed with me. He didn't have it last night
Doctor :   Could you describe the rashes-

User :   it is on his face , arms, under arms, torso, legs, looks like everywhere. He is from ethiopia, he is light brown. just all over pinkish red. very mild bumps, almost just red color everywhere

User :   no and he has had the chicken pox. I dont know about measles. not that I am aware of. we havent been around anyone since Christmas eve. He has been vaccinated. Before coming here he had mumps and malaria. He was treated for the malaria. in the 3 years that he has been here, he hasn't been sick until now.

User :   ok, I imagine I should go to the doctor then?
User :   i have a baby here that has HIV. she has been vaccinated also, I am keeping my son isolated but what risk is this going to be to her?
Doctor :   An antihistaminic tablet
Doctor :   Give him paracetamol/acetaminophen
Doctor :   & apply calamine lotion over the rashes
Doctor :   Yes, your son has a contagious infectious disease
Doctor :   make sure she does not come in contact, keep in a different house if possible
