Swollen vagina, dryness, burning sensation - Online Doctor Chats

User :   Hi, recently I had sex which became really dry in the middle of it. When I returned home I was in pain from it and my partner had a burning sensation from the dryness. The next day The glands in side my Vagina were swollen. They still are swollen and all then glands are on the inside. It hurts to do anything and it's and agonizing pain. I have a White discharge which looks and smells like the normal discharge I usually have but there is more than usual. And it doesn't look or seem like an STD. I have one little cut on the inside of one of my vulvas and that was from a horrible pinch cause by the dryness and trying to put back in. It doesnt have anything coming out of it. I'm seventeen and I've had one child 9 mos ago. I've tried every cream that I've got and nothing works. I'm taking Flagyl right now to see if maybe it's an infection. Please tell me whats wrong and how to cure it.
