User :   Hi I noticed half thru my work day I started to have a swollen right labia majora that is very painful. I have been extremely thirsty the last couple of days and been drinking tons of cranberry juice. I am afebrile and my legs were killing me today. I am on my feet all day for my job but they never hurt this bad. What may be the problem?
