User :   I was coming today about a problem in my abs

User :   i can feel a large, hard lumpy something under my skin, it is long (it extends from above my public hair on the left, up to right above my belly button

Doctor :   well from what you have told me it COULD be a herniaa hematoma or lymp nodes swelling because of infection or a lipoma (collection of fatty tissue under the skin]

User :   there are balls on both sides but the side with this hard stuff on my abs is swollen as well

Doctor :   its highly unlikely it to be anything cancerous . but you need to get a physical examination done

User :   this is a rectal thing, i think, since i have had constripation since it has gotten worse, also shooting pains

Doctor :   do have High-fiber foods include whole grains and cereals, fruits and vegetables like spinach, asparagus, brussels sprouts, and carrots
Doctor :   you can also try some over the counter stool softeners
Doctor :   Generally all fruits, except banana and fruit, are beneficial in the treatment of constipation. Certain fruits are, however, more effective. Bael fruit is regarded as the best of all laxatives. It cleans and tones up the intestines. Its regular use for two or three months throws out even the old accumulated faecal matter. It should be preferably taken in its original form and before dinner.
Doctor :   Guava is another effective remedy for constipation. When eaten with seeds, it provides roughage to the diet and helps in the normal evacuation of the bowels. One or two guavas should be taken everyday.
Doctor :   Grapes have proved very beneficial in overcoming constipation. The combination of the properties of the cellulose, sugar, and organic acid in grapes make them a laxative food. Their field of action is not limited to clearing the bowels only. They also tone up the stomach and intestines and relieve the most chronic constipation.
Doctor :   Orange is also beneficial in the treatment of constipation. Taking one or two oranges at bedtime and again on rising in the morning is an excellent way of stimulating the bowels. The general stimulating influence of orange juice excites peristaltic activity and helps prevent the accumulation of food residue in the colon.

Doctor :   contipation is not something one can just neglect , it is a serious issue. and the good part is that it can be cured
Doctor :   you have a sedentary life. you need to exercise and eat healthy.
Doctor :   as a computer professional you most time is spent sitting in your desk
Doctor :   you need to add activity in your life
Doctor :   exercise is important
User :   what type of excersize do your reccomend
Doctor :   also have minimum 6-8 glasses of water every day
Doctor :   any cardio and muscle toning exercise are good
Doctor :   you should jog for min 20 mins a day 4 times a week
Doctor :   make small lifestyle changes, you need to start small.. like take the stairs instead of the lift
Doctor :   park your car little away so that you force yourself to walk
Doctor :   after every meal you should take a 10 mins walk
Doctor :   so that the food is digested well

User :   thats why this is happening
User :   i take vicodins, the hard thing in my ab/chest is actually fecal matter
User :   and thats why i have abdominal pain, and thats why it gets longer
User :   because, i only pass fecal matter like one time per week

User :   RSI, my shoulder clicks cracks and makes all sort of disguisting noises when i move it

User :   i think the abdominal pain is caused by the fecal matter built up, and the fecal matter build-up is caused by the vicodin
User :   so basically, need way more fiber and maybe a laxative
