User :   hi im a 25year old female i have been very tired for about week are so now and my eyes feel heavy it as started pretty sudden i have now got a hard lump behind my ear any ideas what this could be

User :   no the lump is hard sore to touch it on the side of my head behind my ear

User :   yes pain in my neck its been sore well over a year anh half somedays i cant move my neck

User :   a bit bigger then a pea.i think

User :   no they are just heavy like its hard to keep them open
